Hi, I’m Liliane Roux.
I help women over 40 and 50 rebuild their health, strength, and energy through my Healthy Over 50 Performance Method.
As a certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, I combine nutrition, strength training, and lifestyle strategies to help women lose weight, improve metabolic health, and feel strong and confident in their bodies again.
After 20 years in high-performance corporate environments, I understand how stress, burnout, and hormonal changes can impact health.
